學習者科技有限公司（Learner Technology Limited，以下簡稱「本公司」、「我們」）致力於保護您的個人隱私。本隱私政策說明了我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保護您在「Learner」應用程式（以下簡稱「本程式」）中的個人資料。本政策符合《香港個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）的規定。
Learner Technology Limited ("the Company", "we", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in the "Learner" application ("the App"). This policy complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
1. 資料收集 (Data Collection)
為了提供您完整的學習與導師配對服務，我們可能會收集以下類別的資料：
- 帳號與基本資料： 電子郵件、用戶名稱、年級、角色（學生或導師）。
- 學習與互動數據： 您的做題記錄、錯題本數據、學習進度、於論壇發布的帖子、以及與 AI 或導師的聊天記錄。
- 身分認證資料（僅限主動提供）： 為了維持平台質素，用戶可自願上傳身分證明、學生證、成績單或履歷（CV）。
- AI 服務數據： 您輸入給 AI 導師的提示詞（Prompts）、生成的學習報告及 AI 出題請求紀錄。
To provide comprehensive learning and tutor matching services, we may collect the following types of data:
- Account & Basic Info: Email, username, grade, and role (student or tutor).
- Learning & Interaction Data: Practice records, mistakes data, learning progress, forum posts, and chat logs with AI or tutors.
- Identity Verification Data (Voluntary): To maintain platform quality, users may voluntarily upload ID, student ID, transcripts, or CVs.
- AI Service Data: Prompts submitted to the AI tutor, generated learning reports, and requests for AI-generated questions.
2. 資料使用目的 (Data Usage)
我們收集的資料將僅用於以下用途：
- 提供本程式的五大核心功能（練習、統計、論壇、導師、個人）。
- 驅動 AI 功能（AI 出題、AI 學習報告生成、AI 導師聊天對話）。
- 身分審核限定用途： 您上傳的證明文件（學生證、成績單、CV等）僅會用於我們內部的身分認證與導師資格審核。審核完畢後將被安全儲存，絕不對外公開，亦不用於任何營銷用途。
- 處理您的客戶服務請求與處理應用內的舉報投訴。
The data we collect will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing the App's five core modules (Practice, Statistics, Forum, Tutor, Profile).
- Powering AI features (AI Question Generation, AI Learning Reports, AI Tutor Chats).
- Strict Verification Usage: Uploaded documents (Student IDs, transcripts, CVs, etc.) are used strictly for internal identity and tutor qualification verification. They are securely stored, never made public, and never used for marketing.
- Handling customer service requests and processing in-app reports/complaints.
3. 資料分享與披露 (Data Sharing and Disclosure)
未經您的明確同意，我們絕不會將您的個人可識別資訊出售、出租或交易給任何第三方。資料僅在以下情況被分享：
- 用戶主動授權： 您可以透過應用程式內的功能，主動同意將您的「做題記錄」或「學習統計」分享給特定好友、導師或發布至論壇。
- 第三方服務供應商： 我們使用可靠的第三方雲端服務（如 Firebase, Apple, 以及 AI 模型提供商）來維持運作。這些供應商受嚴格的保密協議約束。
- 法律要求： 若香港法律或執法機關要求，我們有責任配合提供相關資料。
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information to any third party without your explicit consent. Data is shared only under these circumstances:
- User-Authorized Sharing: You may actively consent to share your "Practice Records" or "Learning Stats" with specific friends, tutors, or the forum via in-app features.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We use reliable third-party cloud services (e.g., Firebase, Apple, and AI model providers) for operations. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We are obligated to disclose information if required by Hong Kong law or law enforcement agencies.
4. 資料儲存與安全 (Data Storage & Security)
我們採用符合業界標準的加密技術與安全伺服器來保護您的數據。所有敏感資料（特別是身分認證文件及密碼）在傳輸與儲存時均受到加密保護。
We employ industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect your data. All sensitive data (especially verification documents and passwords) are encrypted during transmission and at rest.
5. 帳號刪除與資料權利 (Account Deletion & Data Rights)
您擁有查閱、更正及刪除個人資料的權利。您隨時可以在 App 內的「設定 -> 帳號與安全」中選擇「刪除帳號」。一旦確認刪除，所有關聯的學習資料、認證文件與社群互動將從我們的伺服器上被永久移除且無法恢復。
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You may permanently delete your account at any time via "Settings -> Account & Security" in the App. Once deleted, all associated learning data, verification documents, and community interactions will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
